Horsley Lodge Junior Section 2008
Hi to all the Junior members. Welcome to the
start of a new season. We have a busy schedule ahead of us. We have
now started the junior league on Sunday afternoons. Please come along
and join in. We meet on the practice area at 2:15 and tee off at 3:00.
Prize money is a £10 voucher and the entry fee is £2. Anyone
without a handicap please come along and we can mark a card for you.
Don’t forget to look in the information room for competitions and get your name down a.s.a.p if you have a handicap.
Jr team
Hopefully
we will do well in the inter-club matches.There are a lot of juniors
to pick from this year so we will pick a team approx 2 week before each
match we play.

Thanks to Mark Whithorn and the men’s committee for allowing us to have the free golf lessons. All the juniors had fun and thought it was very beneficial for the start of the busy season. Hopefully there will be more later in the year.

This is a good time to come and meet all the rest of the juniors. After
a quick practice we will go out on the course. For those of you who
have not got a handicap yet, this is an ideal opportunity to get a card
marked.
Please remember that all juniors have to sign in at the pro shop and sign out at the reception.
