So, if you want to avoid a “soulless” conference venue, we can provide all the trappings in a relaxed setting just 5 miles or 10 minutes from Derby City Centre with safe, free parking. Our main conference room now has the addition of an new atrium and a ‘private’ outdoor seating area.

Our Rooms

We have a variety of meeting rooms ranging from the Amber Suite which suits larger events such as product launches, seminars and presentations and group training days, to smaller boardroom suited meetings in the Conservatory, Atrium and Old Restaurant. In addition we offer our Highlander Restaurant for some events subject to availability.

The Amber Suite

The Amber Suite is made up of two rooms and a lobby area making it ideal for large self-contained groups giving both the main room and adjacent space suitable for breakout activities and refreshments. This can be booked on a private basis to encompass all three rooms.

The Amber Room – Our largest conference room which can seat up to 100 people and can accommodate any of our meeting room style setups. The Amber Room is fully air-conditioned with adjustable lighting in place.

The Atrium – An airy and open space suitable for networking, smaller boardroom or U-shape meetings of up to 20 people. This room has full natural daylight.

The Amber Lobby – The Lobby serves both The Atrium and The Amber Room and suits tea and coffee breakout areas as well as a quiet area for delegates to talk outside of their main room. This area becomes private when let as The Amber Suite.

The Old Restaurant

This room is located in the original building and has a more traditional style to it than The Amber Suite. It is suited to boardroom style up to 18 people. It boasts natural daylight and fantastic views over the golf course.

The Conservatory

The Conservatory is a semi-private area adjacent to our restaurant. This would suit informal meetings up to 10 people.
