The NEW BRASSERIE OPENS MARCH 28th 2011 where the style will remain English with more of a French twist here and there. A big change is the sweets; fantastic value and presentation. The room will have all the elegance and buzz of a classic brasserie.
New Manager Paul Trowell will spend 3 months training his F&B staff and creating an inspired new menu. Our suppliers have found some even tastier produce to serve up. Guests will be assured of a warm Horsley welcome when they visit the new Brasserie
