.Assistant Bar Manager: Start date Feb 18th 2008
Salary and hours negotiable, but at least 40 hours a week and the responsibility of cellar management, bar service and assisting the bar manager and senior staff with rotas, training etc. You must have at least 2 years experience in bar work, but what this position requires is an individual with flair and enthusisam above all else
Waiter/ess with experience (salaries negotiable)
Bar Staff with flair and personality (salaries negotiable)
