Golf
Q. Is the Soft Spike Rule still in force at Horsley Lodge?
A. Yes, All golfers wishing to play the course will need soft spikes.
Q. Are we playing on winter greens this year?
A. All being well, the regular greens will be played throughout the winter.
Q. What is your policy on Golf Buggies in the winter?
A. Only golfers with Doctor's notes will be allowed buggies.

Restaurant
Q. Is there disabled access to your restaurant?
A. Yes, Horsley lodge has full disabled access to both of its restaurants.
Q. Are there any vegetarian dishes on your menu?
A. Yes, we provide vegetarian options and weekly specials.
Q. Can i book a table in the Highlander?
A. The Highlander has a no bookings policy you just turn up and the hostess will either take you to a table or sit you in a comfy lounge till one comes free
Q. How many people do i need to qualify for Private Dining?
A. The minimum number of people for a three course meal is 30, for the Old Restaurant and 60 for the Function Room.

Weddings
Q. What is the latest time for Civil/ church ceremonies?
A. We require the wedding breakfast to begin no later than 4.30pm. If you were having a church ceremony your latest time would be 1.30pm to then allow for photos, travel & drinks reception. A civil ceremony on site could be up to 2.30pm.
Q.Will someone be on hand to help & guide us on the day?
A. The manager on duty will take you through the day, with your special requirements having been discussed a month beforehand.
Q. What do we do regarding table decorations?
A. We ask that you organize the decorations for example- balloons, flowers, candles, the place cards & favors. You can then bring everything up to us the day before and we will put them out on the tables for you under your instruction.
Q. How does a wedding day run?
A. After the church or civil ceremony the bridal party & guests will be required for the photographs lasting approximately an hour. You and your guest will then be greeted for the drinks reception. A line up can then be organized to greet the guests through for the wedding breakfast, and the happy couple introduced into the room. The meal including, cutting the cake and speeches will last about 2 hours. You then have time to relax and mingle and await your evening guests arrival around 7.30pm. We serve the evening buffet around 9pm. Our bar closes at midnight with the disco until 12.30. we ask that the guests get taxis etc for no later than 1am.

Hotel
 
Q. Do you allow Pets into your hotel?
A. We do have a no pets policy with the exception of guide dogs.
Q. Can you supply the WiFi cards to use your internet?
A. We have a limited number of cards on site but we do recommend that you bring your own.
